How is the freezer delivered?Updated 3 months ago

We will confirm the delivery date for your new freezer which will normally be on Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. You can always guide us on a suitable delivery date if you cannot accept delivery on the proposed delivery date.

We strongly recommend that you plug the freezer in as soon as possible after delivery and allow it to sit for 24 hours to ensure it is in full working order before loading any food into it.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to take delivery of the unit after it has been despatched, you will incur an aborted delivery charge which may be invoiced by us or the courier.
